Trade union

Since 1931, a voluntary public association (trade union) has been established in JSC "Mosmetrostroy". The activity of the trade union is multifaceted, but the main direction is invariably the protection of the social and economic interests of hired workers through negotiations, social dialogue and partnership with the employer.

The trade union committee of Mosmetrostroy always paid attention to the safety of production, the creation and maintenance of the required sanitary and living conditions. In this area, the tasks of the trade union are not limited only to controlling the full and timely provision of workers with overalls and personal protective equipment, but also require participation in the investigation of accidents, safety violations, monitoring of the workplaces, places of personal hygiene and food intake.
